We are all well aware of the impact of COVID-19 on all of us. We will remain open as much as you require at this stage and have therefore put strategies in place to make your visit with us as comfortable and safe as possible. This includes regular sanitising of surfaces, regular hand washing, hand sanitiser at the front desk and two quite separate seating areas to accommodate social distancing.
The best remedies to combat stress are good sleep practices, daily exercise, good nutrition and meditation. All of these strategies will not only help to manage your stress but also strengthen your immune system.
